TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Downpayment

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% downpayment. In case of cancellation, this serves as the non-refundable cancellation fee.

Hourly Charge

Excess of 15 minutes will be counted as an additional hour. The customer is responsible for tracking their own time.

Overtime Pay

Bookings outside operating hours incur an additional ₱50/hr overtime fee for the Front Desk.

Corkage for Drinks

₱50/drink. For 3 or more drinks, a fixed charge of ₱150 applies.

Garbage Fee

For 4 or more food orders, a ₱60 fee applies. This is over and above the corkage fee.

Waiting Time

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Customers arriving earlier will be charged ₱20/hr.

Amenities

Amenities are free to use but require a deposit. The borrower is liable for any damages. Deposits are returned at the end of the booking.

Booking Agreement & Conduct

By completing the booking form, the customer agrees to all House Rules — including maintaining a Moderate Noise Level and accepting responsibility for any damages. Homework reserves the right to mediate disputes or suspend booking privileges.
